Clear scope, regular check-ins, a clean handoff.
Every engagement runs against a Statement of Work with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria, so you always know what is being built and how we will know it is done.
Two ways to work together.
Hourly engagements
Work is performed against a Statement of Work with defined scope, assumptions, deliverables, and acceptance criteria, with regular status reviews throughout.
- 10 hours per week, for continuity and meaningful progress
Fixed deliverables
For well-defined projects, engagements can be quoted against a specific outcome rather than time.
- Defined scope
- Deliverables
- Acceptance criteria
- Timeline estimate
- Fixed project price
The same standards, every time.
- Statement of Work
- Defined deliverables
- Acceptance criteria
- Regular status updates
- Documentation
- Knowledge transfer
- Final handoff
- Weekly status reviews
- Ad hoc communication as needed
- Daily communication for highly embedded engagements
- Minimum engagement: 10 hours per week
- No maximum engagement size
- Larger engagements may add specialists or subcontractors when appropriate
